Plain-English coaching agreement

MENTORSHIP TERMS

Effective September 1, 2026
01

Program and billing

The program is billed either at $500 monthly with an initial three-month minimum or at the paid-in-full price shown at checkout. The paid-in-full option covers one fixed 12-week term and does not renew automatically.

Monthly billing continues after the initial three-month minimum until canceled in writing. A promotional or founding rate applies according to the checkout offer. Taxes and separately purchased services are not included unless stated.

02

Cancellation and refunds

After the initial commitment, the parent or guardian may stop a future monthly renewal by emailing jude@coachjudesperformance.com or messaging @coachjudesperformance. Please make the request before the next billing date and allow up to two business days for processing.

Cancellation ends future billing and access continues through the period already paid. Payments that have already processed are not normally prorated or refunded except where required by law, for a duplicate or incorrect charge, or when an agreed service was materially not delivered.

03

What the mentorship includes

The 12-week term includes one scheduled 60-minute personal Football IQ and mentality lesson per week, a concise development plan, agreed weekly actions and access to supporting CJP education and resources.

The exact coaching focus is shaped by the player's age, position, level, goals, team environment and available footage. Unused calls do not automatically roll over unless Jude agrees otherwise in writing.

A produced standalone match analysis is not included in the mentorship. It may be purchased separately for $199, subject to footage requirements and availability.

04

Scheduling and communication

Calls are scheduled by agreement. A player or parent should give reasonable notice when rescheduling is needed. Repeated missed calls or late cancellations may count as delivered, except where Jude agrees to an alternative.

Communication between calls is for reasonable coaching questions and check-ins, not unlimited or immediate access. For players under 18, a parent or legal guardian manages enrollment and may be included in communications.

05

Coaching scope and safety

The mentorship provides soccer coaching and general performance education. Jude is not acting as a physician, physical therapist, registered dietitian, psychologist or qualified sports scientist. Content does not diagnose, treat, rehabilitate or prescribe.

A parent is responsible for suitable supervision, a safe training space, appropriate equipment and disclosing relevant restrictions. Stop activity and seek an appropriately qualified professional if a player has pain, concerning symptoms or an unsafe condition.

06

Pathway and introductions

Jude may offer honest guidance about academy, college or professional pathways and may make a relevant introduction when he believes it is appropriate. The mentorship does not guarantee an introduction, representation, trial, scholarship, contract, selection or professional opportunity.

In-person training, travel, tournament support and other services are separate unless they are specifically included in writing.

07

Content and account access

The mentorship provides a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use CJP content during active access. Videos, programs, downloads, coaching explanations and other materials may not be reposted, resold, shared outside the household, copied into another coaching product or used commercially without written permission.

Parents are responsible for keeping access links and account information secure. Access may be suspended for failed payment, misuse, unauthorized sharing or a material breach of these terms.

08

Minors, footage and privacy

A parent or legal guardian must enroll a minor and remains responsible for consent and appropriate supervision. Player information and submitted footage are used to deliver the mentorship. Identifiable footage will not be used publicly for marketing without separate permission.

09

Development outcomes

Consistent, appropriate practice can support development, but no playing-time, selection, performance, trial, recruitment, scholarship, professional or injury-prevention outcome is guaranteed.

10

Contact and fair application

Questions, cancellation requests or billing concerns should be sent in writing. These terms are governed by Georgia law. If mandatory law conflicts with a provision, the mandatory law controls and the remainder continues to apply.
