The three-month commitment

Pathway membership is a fixed three-month coaching commitment. A parent or guardian may pay upfront or in three automatic monthly installments. It does not renew after the third payment unless both sides agree to a new commitment.

Preparation and access begin after payment. Completed service periods are non-refundable except where these terms say otherwise or applicable law requires it.

What membership requires

The player and parent are responsible for giving accurate information, communicating meaningful changes, completing assigned work and supplying usable match footage when analysis is included. A lack of participation or footage does not create a refund. Development and selection outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Hybrid session scheduling

A Hybrid membership includes four private 60-minute sessions in each monthly service period. Sessions should be planned for that month and do not automatically roll over. Known travel, team, school or family conflicts must be raised before the applicable month begins so the schedule can be built responsibly.

If the player cancels

• With at least 24 hours' notice, Jude will make one reasonable attempt to reschedule within the same service month, subject to field and calendar availability.
• With less than 24 hours' notice, a no-show or arriving too late to train safely, the session counts as used and is not refunded.
• A serious, unexpected emergency may be considered case by case. This is not a guarantee of a refund or rollover.

If Jude cancels

The session does not count. Jude will offer a priority reschedule. If Jude cannot deliver or reschedule it during the three-month commitment, the parent may choose a $75 credit or refund for each undelivered Hybrid session. Indirect costs such as travel are not reimbursed.

Weather and field closures

Unsafe weather or a field closure leads first to a reschedule, not a player cancellation. An equivalent remote service may be used only when agreed. If the Hybrid session cannot be delivered during the commitment, the same $75 credit or refund remedy applies.

Payments and refunds

Monthly charges are installments of one three-month commitment, not a cancel-any-time subscription. Billing questions or refund requests must be sent in writing to jude@coachjudesperformance.com. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Please contact Jude directly first so a billing or delivery issue can be reviewed promptly.

Health and safety

The Pathway provides soccer coaching and general education. Jude is not acting as a physician, physical therapist, registered dietitian or psychologist. Stop activity and seek an appropriately qualified professional if a player has pain, concerning symptoms or an unsafe condition. The parent is responsible for disclosing relevant restrictions and professional guidance.

Minors, footage and privacy

A parent or legal guardian must enroll a minor and remains responsible for appropriate supervision. Submitted footage and player information are used privately for coaching and service delivery. Identifiable footage will not be used publicly for marketing without separate permission.

Fair application

These terms are intended to protect both the family's purchase and Jude's reserved coaching time. They are governed by Georgia law. If a mandatory law conflicts with a term above, the mandatory law controls and the remainder continues to apply.
