Coach Jude's Performance is a solo soccer coaching business operated by Jude Boyd, based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. We provide private and group soccer training, online match analysis, and mentorship or development programmes. Our website is coachjudesperformance.com.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Registration & waiver — when you register, your name, email address, contact details, player information, goals, and relevant medical or safety information are collected through our intake form.
• Payment information — when you pay for a service, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data securely.
• Online match analysis — match video or a link to match video submitted by the client, along with player, team, position, match context, and goals relevant to the analysis. We also create and retain the written, annotated, recorded, or other feedback delivered to the client.
• Mentorship and development programmes — goals, check-ins, messages, progress notes, submitted footage, and written feedback created or exchanged as part of the service.
• Email address — if you sign up for our referral programme or request a sign-in link for your dashboard.
• Usage data — basic analytics (page views, referral sources) to understand how people use the site. No personally identifiable information is collected in analytics.

We use your information to:

• Confirm and manage your session bookings
• Deliver online match analysis and provide written, annotated, recorded, or live feedback
• Deliver mentorship and development programmes, track goals, and review progress
• Send booking confirmation and session reminder emails
• Operate the referral programme and calculate commissions
• Process payouts to referral partners
• Respond to enquiries

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Resend — transactional emails (resend.com/privacy)
• Vercel — website hosting (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Supabase — hosted application database (supabase.com/privacy)

When a client submits a match-video link hosted by another provider, that provider's privacy terms also apply to the underlying video.

We use essential cookies to make the website function correctly (e.g., remembering your referral code, keeping you logged in to the dashboard). We may also use basic analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site.

You can decline non-essential cookies using the cookie banner on your first visit. Your preference is saved in your browser.

Registration, booking, contact, mentorship, and written match-analysis records are stored in access-controlled hosted application systems and business accounts. Access is limited to Coach Jude and service providers that support delivery of the service.

Client-submitted match video may be stored as an uploaded file in access-controlled cloud storage or retained as a link to the client's original video host. Written, annotated, or recorded feedback is stored with the related service record or in an access-controlled business account so it can be delivered to the client and referenced during the service.

We keep booking and contact records for up to 3 years for business-record purposes. Match video, feedback, and mentorship records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, support the client, and maintain necessary business records. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, subject to any legal or recordkeeping requirements.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
