These terms govern your use of coachjudesperformance.com and the purchase of coaching sessions with Coach Jude's Performance (operated by Jude Boyd, Atlanta, GA). By booking a session you agree to these terms.

Sessions are booked online via our booking system. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes. Session packs are non-transferable to other individuals.

Session packages are valid indefinitely — there is no expiry date on purchased sessions. Packages are personal to the customer and may not be transferred or resold.

Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on the number of sessions selected.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule any session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge, using the booking system.

Cancellation by customer: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be rescheduled and are forfeited.

Cancellation by coach: If Coach Jude needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be given the option to reschedule to a mutually convenient time at no additional charge.

We do not offer refunds on session packs once purchased, except in the following circumstances:

• A session is cancelled by Coach Jude and cannot be rescheduled within a reasonable time frame
• You experience a serious injury that prevents participation (medical documentation may be required)

For any refund requests, contact us via Instagram at @coachjudesperformance.

Participants should be in good health before attending sessions. If your child has any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect their participation, please inform Coach Jude before the session.

Participants attend sessions at their own risk. Coach Jude carries appropriate liability insurance.

Our referral programme allows customers to earn commission when they refer new customers. Referral commissions are paid at the discretion of Coach Jude's Performance and are subject to change.

Commission rates are: Standard (10%) for 1–2 referrals, Silver (12%) for 3–5 referrals, Gold (15%) for 6+ referrals. These rates may be updated with reasonable notice.

Commissions are only earned on a referred customer's first booking. Payouts are processed manually and may take 3–5 business days.

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is owned by Coach Jude's Performance and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Jude's Performance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in coaching sessions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Atlanta, Georgia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
