These terms govern your use of coachjudesperformance.com and the purchase of coaching sessions with Coach Jude's Performance (operated by Jude Boyd, Atlanta, GA). By booking a session you agree to these terms.

Sessions are booked online via our booking system. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes. Session packs are non-transferable to other individuals.

Session packages (solo and group) expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this date are forfeited. Packages are personal to the customer and may not be transferred or resold.

Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on the number of sessions selected.

To cancel or reschedule, contact Coach Jude via Instagram DM or text as early as possible.

24+ hours notice: Full refund of the session value.

4–24 hours notice: 50% refund of the session value.

Under 4 hours notice: 25% credit toward your next session — no cash refund.

No-show: No refund or credit.

Cancellation by coach: If Coach Jude needs to cancel a session, you will be offered a full reschedule at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable time frame, a full refund will be issued.

Single sessions are refunded according to the cancellation schedule in Section 4.

Session packs — used sessions: Sessions already completed are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Session packs — unused sessions: Unused sessions are eligible for a refund at the standard single-session rate ($90), not the discounted pack rate paid. This applies to both solo and group packs.

Pack expiry: No refund is issued for sessions that expire unused after the 6-month period.

Injury exception: If you experience a serious injury that prevents participation, unused sessions may be refunded at the standard single-session rate. Medical documentation may be required.

Participants should be in good health before attending sessions. If your child has any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect their participation, please inform Coach Jude before the session.

Participants attend sessions at their own risk. Coach Jude carries appropriate liability insurance.

Our referral programme allows customers to earn commission when they refer new customers. Referral commissions are paid at the discretion of Coach Jude's Performance and are subject to change.

Commission rates are: Standard (10%) for 1–2 referrals, Silver (12%) for 3–5 referrals, Gold (15%) for 6+ referrals. These rates may be updated with reasonable notice.

Commissions are only earned on a referred customer's first booking. Payouts are processed manually and may take 3–5 business days.

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is owned by Coach Jude's Performance and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Jude's Performance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in coaching sessions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Atlanta, Georgia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
